What a wonderful opportunity it was living aboard SV Smoke - not necessarily for the increase in space (62') or amenities that Anasazi Girl lacked (4 burner stove, oven, showers, refrigeration, cushions, tankage!) - but simply for the daily joy of being inside a visual work of art.
Smoke is filled with custom cabinetry made of Australian silky oak - super high quality craftsmanship that clearly did not have a time-line or a budget.
The changing light entering the boat would make the wood grain come alive. When we look at beauty it makes us feel good.
