One of the best things about being on the spice island is the high quality organic chocolate that is being locally produced. Much of it is tree to bar and there are cooperatives that support local cocoa farmers all over the island.
Local popular flavors range range from ginger, salted, nutmeg, nibs, and cocoa content from 60% to 100% .
